# Input Box Translation Tutorial (Ideal for Foreign Language Search, Cross-border Trade Communication)
This feature requires the
**TranslateBase plugin to be installed**.

* Open a browser where the **TranslateBase** plugin has been successfully installed.
* Click the **"Settings"** icon on the plugin's floating window to access the plugin settings page.
* Select **"Input Box Translation"** and enable the feature.
* You can freely configure the **shortcut key, target language (100+ languages), and translation service (ChatGPT, DeepL, etc.)**
* Open a **website where you need input translation**, and type your content in a **search box or text box**.
* **Triple-press** your configured **shortcut key**, and the content will be instantly translated into your selected language.
* The translated text will appear directly in the search box or text input field.
